The real Mayor of London is Jeffrey Evans

The 'Mayor of London' is a superfluous position invented by the powers that be for their own reasons.

There already is a Lord Mayor of London who presides over the City of London and has been since 1189. In addition to this there is a Mayor for each of the different boroughs of London.
I think the position of Mayor of Bedlam is opening
No he just represents the City, not London as a whole, and has no real powers.

He's head of the City of London Corporation, it's separate from the GLA, although I mocked OP he does have a point that a lot of the financial sector is located within this area, and is therefore in his responsibility.
