Genuinely curious as to what happens if I apply for this job, get to interview, and when they ask about my ethnicity I tell them that although I may be white on the outside, I've always identified as a black man. That I'm black on the inside and could never identify with my white peers. Because surely the same nutty, liberal left nonsense that leads to this 'positive discrimination' surely has to accept that I might be black on the inside?
