OK they accept applications for
2016 Industrial Attachment, Off-Cycle, Autumn Programs
2016 Insight (including Winter, Spring Programs)
2016 Summer Internship
and they don't say what is which, how long it takes, etc

any hint?

Lol I meant to help him. He is basically wasting his time because I can tell that he doesn't want to do IB as a career from looking at the posts he makes. He is better off applying for a job he is actually passionate about

This programme is for pre-university students, so it's not applicable to you bro.

I still don't know what year of university you're in or what stage of life you're at - till then, I won't be able to advise you properly.
