English lit percentages

How much is coursework worth in your final grade for english lit?

For AQA? I think it's 25%

Yes AQA, ive got a C in the coursework, is it still possible to get an A, and what do i need to get an A?

(This is going off last year's grade boundaries. They're usually the same each year, give or take a few marks)

For English lit, the whole course is out of 200 UMS.
You need 180 UMS for an A*
160 for an A
140 for a B
120 for a C
100 for a D
80 for an E
(This is in total)

Let's say you got 27/40 for your coursework. This mark would give you 36 UMS.
For an A, you would need to get 124 UMS from the two exams combined.

For the modern texts exam, the highest UMS you can get is 80
For the poetry exam the highest UMS you can get is 70
This makes 150, so yes you can still get an A.

To get 124 UMS exactly, you would need 62 UMS for each exam.
62 UMS for the modern texts exam would be 43/68
62 UMS for the poetry exam would be 38/54

I'm 90% this is correct. Your teacher will be able to give you a proper answer since they have all your marks
