Yes. If it's just by magic and I just suddenly wake up as a guy and it's all normal and to everyone who knows me I've always been a guy.

No if I have to have gender reassignment surgery and transition and stuff.

I think you mean change *sex if you're talking about biology... gender is the social expression of the sexes and is not binary
