I'm peckish but I wouldn't say I get very hungry. Although I'm craving cracker crisps right now... Drink a glass of water before and after a meal, you'll be more full up! Or have something filling like a soya chocolate shake in between meals :-)
Ohh, I have opposite situation. I need to eat lots of food so I would get weight but it is just so hard. Tell me your secret! And if you eat this much, don't you have weight issues? Or do you have fast metabolism?
