UCAS extra

So I declined all my choices and I now want to apply for dentistry, I was predicted abb at the start of the year but now am predicted aaa, can I get this changed on ucas and apply to dentistry for 2017 through ucas extra. I have already done the ukcat

Dentistry does not feature in Extra. You would have to make a new application when the new Ucas season opens in September. by which time you would have your grades already, so predictions no longer enter into it.
