Huh this is paradoxical, thats actually the tenth thing itself which means you only thought of nine unless you count this but you cant unless you did but you cant cos its 10 things, and this is the 10th thing but you cant.... :tongue:

I'm sorry I made the other thread because it just encouraged negativity and I was feeling depressed and making others sad as well should not have been the solution.

1) I love my eyes
2) I love that I can make people laugh easily even if unintentionally
3) I love that my depression is getting better
4) I love that I have such great friends
5) I love that I'm good at reading people
6) I kinda like my boobs :lol:
7) I love that I have such a wild imagination
8) I love that I occasionally have a caring/motherly instinct because it encourages me to want to help others which in turn makes me feel better
9) I love that I've kinda stopped drinking
10) I love that I went from introvert to extrovert in only a year

Let me have a go at this. I've been feeling pretty low about myself so let's see how I do...

1) I love my hair (redheads unite!)
2) I love my eye colour
3) I love that I remain loyal to people (even if they aren't necessarily that loyal to me)
4) I love that I try to work hard
5) I love that I am going more out of my comfort zone
6) I love that I try my best to help people
7) I love that I am modest
8) I love that I have lovely animals to keep me company (when I'm not at university)
9) I love that I am learning a subject I love
10) I love that I am working hard to become healthier

yeah I like your chebs too
1) I love how quickly I've learned to speak French (though I'm not yet fluent) and I can't wait to take it on to further education :smile:
2) I love my work ethic & how I have found motivation to work for 4 months straight.
3) I love my eye area - really random but they're not very veiny and I don't get under eye bags when I'm tired
4) I love how easy it is for me to disregard negative comments
5) I love my waist
6) I love my love for reading
7) I love my teeth
8) I love my natural skin tone
9) I love having a photographic memory & I love my love for learning and I love getting good grades

i have a q


I was talking to a fellow muslim in the library


and he said most strict muslim parents will allow their children to marry anyone as long they are a good person. is this true? bc I thought they have to marry another muslim?

You assumed correctly. Lol yep I'm Muslim :biggrin:

Well, it depends on the family and by their standards. a "good person" would equate to the person being a "good Muslim" so I'm assuming that's what he meant. Unless they are happy with him marrying outside of religion which is then up to him and I'm happy for him to have a good family like that :h:

No they wouldn't. But I wouldn't want to myself tbh. I'd prefer a Muslim man with the same beliefs as me. :redface:
