I tried my best to explain it earlier in this thread, basically
In the kidneys - blood from the renal artery passes into the Glomerulus - a bundle of blood capillaries, and urea, water, glucose and salts are filtered out by high pressure (aka ultrafiltration), these pass into the Bowman's Capsule, protein isn't squeezed out because the molecules are too large. This mixture is known as the glomerular filtrate
The glomerular filtrate moves to the section of the nephron known as the proximal convoluted tubule, and all the glucose is reabsorbed by active transport because we need it for respiration. Then in the loop of Henle and the Distal Convoluted tubule useful salts are reabsorbed, and in the collecting duct some water is reabsorbed. If there's a low level of water in the blood the brain detects this and a hormone ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) is released by the pituitary gland, which travels to it in the blood, it acts on the wall making it more permeable to water. Left over is a solution of urine containing Urea, some salts, and some water. Which passes through the ureter to the bladder and is then released via the urethra

Well, got 4 other exams to revise for next week so pretty depressing

making yoghurt:
milk is pasteurized for 15_30 min on 85-95°c temp
homogenized to disperse the fat globules
then cooled to 40 to 45 and then lactic acid bacteria is mixed
mixture is incubated fr several hours so that bacteria digests the milk proteins and ferment lactose to lactic acid
yoghurt is stirred and cooled to 5°c
fruits flavourings and colorants may be added before packaging
