Survey: Is counselling effective for those with eating disorders ?

Calling all !!! I need anyone who has or has had an eating disorder and who has engaged in counselling or a form of talking therapy to help me with my research. The link below is to my survey , it is only 10 multiple choice questions and is completely anonymous. Please help a struggling counselling student :tongue:
