Hole on my nose. What can I do

image.jpegA few years ago a spot on my nose popped since then I have had a hole there. I really want to get rid of it because it's really bothering.
I have attached a picture of it and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to maybe close the hole. Your help would be really appreciated.
See your GP who will be able to advise if there is any important reason why it has not healed normally, and whether anything can be done to remove it.

As mentioned ask gp, but on a daily basis use concealer?
