How many should you get ?

I get 8-9 hours ?!


I get 8-9 the night of exams but in the run up I've been getting 5.30 - 7 because I'm so busy
5 and a half hours on a school night (and that's if I get to sleep straight away which is very rare)
On a weekend it can vary from 6 to like 12 hours naturally, but I usually set alarms so I get 9 to make up for what I lose during the week

I'd kill for 8-9 hours on a school night!

I get like 8-9, make sure to sleep a lot because a lack of sleep can affect your memory and concentration. I know I'm gonna be pulling some all nighters though cause I didn't finish revising & my first exam is in 3 days :frown:

around mocks I got around 4 or possibly 5 hours sleep because I started all my revision at around 10pm each night :redface: Don't want to replicate that for the real ones though :biggrin:

School nights is usually around 6, but last night I think I slept for around 9 hours :tongue:

Not sure why, but I feel less tired when I don't oversleep :biggrin:
I get about 7 or 8 and a half hours per night but it always depends :smile:

around exams I'll stay up till around 11.30, and get up at 7. So 7.5

Over the exam period i get like 8 hours. I go for a run every evening as well as i find it helps me sleep better
