Science help!!

I'm doing lots of past paper and i'm getting high A's and low A* but for some i get solid A*'s how do I get solid A* and high A*'s for all ?
Any tips?

Know your content really well and read mark schemes so you know the keywords they're looking for and the sorts of things you need to include in your answers.
