I think that's a bit simple?
Receptor - stimuli - sensory neurone- cns- relay - motor - effector which is a muscle of gland.

Gland is slow and secrets ... something I think chemicals.

And muscles contract.

Last year it came up as a two mark question all ou had to say was that the receptor DETECTS the stimulus and sends IMPULSES
