I thought you had to times by 100

Nope, 2*10^6 / 3*10^8 = 0.0066666666..., then you multiply that by 100% to get 0.6666666666...%

What points did you guys make for the 6 marker question. Completely wasn't expecting healthy diet question.

Off the top of my head:

Carbohydrates - Release energy for use in the body such as muscle contraction

Proteins - Making new cells, repairing cells.

Fats and Oils - Making cell membranes, insulator

Water - Hydration

Fibre - Keeping your gut healthy and helping food move through your small intenstine

Vitamins - General healthy functioning and upkeep of your body

It was the number who died divided by the number who suffered from malaria x 100 which gave me 0.(6 recurring). That's how I did it anyway.

Give what a receptor and effector is and an example

Receptor : something that detects a change in environment eg. Light receptor

Effector: what causes the response eg. Muscle

The indicator species answer was lichens and the environmental factor was air pollution

GM Mosquito - enzymes used to take out gene (first mark) the gene is transferred to the mosquito (second mark) at an early stage of development (third mark)

Scatter graph used to show the negative correlation
