It's a youtube channel for Chemistry and there are a lot of national 5 videos mainly calculation videos. Really good information and quite easy to understand.
When you have, n, the number of moles and m, the mass then in order to get the gfm (IF YOU DONT HAVE THE NAME OF COMPOUND) Just enter the values in to this formula
gfm = m/n
