16 year old girl birthday present ideas?

My neighbours turning 16 and I don't know what to get her.

Can't suggest much, don't know what kind of a person she is.
If she likes makeup buy her makeup like a nice set of stuff.
Clothes? Like a personalised hoodie or bag or something. I know someone who bought a bag that had their name and "bag of sh*t" lol
You could pay for tickets to a theme park and go out?
Buy her jewellery maybe?
My group of friends pooled their money and bought merchandise of the bday person's fave movie. You can do that with their fave band and such.

I got my friend a necklace with her birthstone in it, really pretty and she loved it. Oh and i got her some chocolates and balloons. Then we spent the day together at a theme park, but we went on holiday together... doing something memorable or something to take her mind off exams.
The necklace was from Warren James I believe.

does she have a favourite singer/actor ect, find an autograph on ebay (theyre like £5 for a printed copy, she will never know! I got my best friend a demi lovato one)
a meal out
a scrap book
some jewelry

jewellery or a watch depends on your budget
if it just a basic friend stick to £100 or less
if it a good friend the go up to £1000
if it a romantic prospect go to £5000
