Physics AQA - Confused on a P1 question.

I came across this question 'How does the colour of the surface affect the rate of conduction?'
The answer was : It has no effect
Could someone perhaps explain why to me? Thanks

What is the context of the full question?

It was a summary question for energy transfer by heating (entire topic)

colour affects the rate of radiation absorption and how much radiation is emitted. it doesn't have anything to do with conduction. conduction depends on the material.

But if the material absorbed more radiation, it would conduct faster as it has more kinetic energy?

Conduction is energy transfer due to the vibrating of the particles which the colour has no effect upon.
The colour affects the rate of radiation absorption.
The speed of conduction is the same for all energies since it is the particles within the materials which transfer the energy.
