I really need some help with activity 3. Anyone thats done the exam do you have any tips or advice?

Does anybody have some advice on how to complete activity 1? Not too sure on the labels being asked for!

do any of you guys know why my teacher id generated thing for activity 3b i think wont work? i have this in the form for teacher id: "000000" & Max([TeacherID])+1 and i also have the record source linked to teacher, but in form view it just says #Name?
how would i do the input form for activity 3c (iii)???
- Create a Single Form with no Sub Form
- show the round number only once
- show the names of the acts in ascending order
- allow input of votes for all acts on the same form
- calculate total number of votes in the round.
the above bullet points are the things they ask you to do! please PM me if you can help me out here

anyone done the evaluation??? need some points to write about :/
Like previous past papers I think it will tell you what to evaluate. But make sure you add things such as the validation features you used and how they helped you specifically. Here's an example of one I did on a past paper

I got 7/10 on this and you can clearly see I got lazy at the end. Mostly because I wanted to give up on the course -_-
