The only reason I'm sure it was Chris and Dan is i dont think id me so stupid to read another name amd ignore it

honestly the timing is a joke i actually had to bullet-point the last few questions just to get marks - there was a dance exam on at the same time and they had an hour and a half too but only had 60 marks like???? its ridiculous

No the question said something like a duty of care can be established using the caparo factors, explain whether Dan owes Euan a duty of care!

one last question for example if i got a strong A
on unit 1 and a B in unit 2, whats my overall grade? (predictions)
