The essay was great i did B about my area and the services
BUT THE LISTNENING WAS IMPOSSIBLE OMGGGGGGG
what were the answers for the last one about learning languages?

i also did B!
i think the answers were for the advantages:
-gives you confidence
-helps with mental development
-makes you open to other cultures
-(think this is wrong but not sure) gives you an advantage at work if you're the only speaker of a foreign language

disadvantages:
-courses are expensive
-takes many years to speak it fluently
-requires discipline and patience

Also if we wrote like 200 words on the writing would we get penalised?

I asked my teacher this. You don't get penalised for going over the suggested 150 words- there's just more room for error/ chance you made a mistake.

I put:
Advantages:
> It is useful for companies
> You are open to other countries
and two others but i can't remember

Disadvantages:
> The courses are expensive
> A lot of people find it difficult
> You need to be patient

I thought that patience was an advantage? I thought it said it teaches you patience disipline and good learning habits. Anyone made a mark scheme? Thought it was pretty easy tbh they could have made that a LOT worse

I think i got most

yeah B was great!i talked about...
1) trains are fast but terrorist threats
2) information places in the park for tourists with maps
3) family uses metro for school and work
4) could be more shopping places and things to help the environment

Does anyone know where I can find the unofficial mark scheme? I hope everyone did well on the paper, personally I found it easier than some past papers I did, listening was a bit tricky though. :smile:

I got three Julianso too. I put compro linea, Mundo virtual and en contacto con su familia. Compro linea is wrong though.

Honestly cant remember but i heard it in the section where he talked about postive reasons so idk. Few others in my school got it too and they are like mad mad clever haha...
