How much do you spend on food for yourself?

How much a month do you spend on food for yourself? I want to live in a private flat next year, and I'm trying to work out a budget where I can spend under 600 a month with flat + bills + food. If you have an opinion on whether you think this is doable, I'd love to hear it to.

If you could specify whether you tend to cook in a lot or eat out, that would be great too.
