If your mum and step dad are going through divorce, do you still have to put your step dad's details on Student Finance or?
If you can prove that they're separated (or will be when you start your course) then you can just fill in your mum's details.
You can prove separation with a letter from a solicitor or a council tax letter showing single person discount for your mum.
