Im not sure because a lot of people were saying they wrote stimuli, but I didn't write that because it was already in the question

How is vegetable oil hardened? Was it hydrogenation?

Heated in a nickel catalyst at around 60 degrees is the process of hydrogenation.
It asked for the process.

I'm not sure, it was two marks so I didn't write anything else.
Also did you circle carbon dioxide? I wasn't sure, I circled carbon dioxide and said it freezes at -200 degrees is that correct?
Was the one about emulsifiers, one side attracted to oil and the other VINEGAR? because they were using vinegar not water?
