can someone make a list of the formulas you need to remember for the exams which aren't given in the booklet? thanks

If you give me the syllabus I'll come up with some sort of formula booklet for you if I have time :smile:
IMO worth remembering that for the exponential decay type problems

Q=Q0e-t/RC (which is given)

means that

ln Q = ln Q0 -t/RC (which isn't)

Err pretty much every equation in the booklet you will need to manipulate in some way or another.

it's hardly occult knowledge, but some people are shakier on the log laws than they are on the usual algebra.
