I pray to god it is on methods! I've got a feeling skill continuum might come up, I think that's quite a popular choice, but don't take my word for it

I find all of the first section of skill quite easy, it's just the information processing part that I get muddled up

I just hate the socio bit!!

I Could try and get one to you but I can't guarantee anything, Use the mark scheme and do loads of papers. The questions are quite repetitive.

Same! It's just so boring and there's so much content that I think is irrelevant to sport

That would be great if you could

That was last years 10 marker
I think that it might be used for shorter answer questions maybe? Yeah probably not the ten marker though
Another helpful channel on youtube, I find this helpful, good for last minute clarifications. https://www.youtube.com/user/sdclewespe/videos

Joint analysis:

Ankle
Wrist
Shoulder
Hip

Short answers:
Cool down
Double circulatory system
smoking
muscle fibres
structure of synovial joints

10 mark essay:
Newton's laws
Warm up cool down
Oxygen dissociation
CHD
Muscular/skeletal system - analysis of movement (impact of regular exercise on the system)

revise everything else, been told that these haven't been in the last 3 exams and are hot topics for the examiners

Not really, very likely that in socio the ten marker will be on Australia and probably won't be on The Olympics due to it being a ten marker twice so far. Violence has also come up twice.

Nothing for skill aq sorry mate

Yeah thats true, i guess we'll see
These are some of my predictions for all 3 topics for tomorrows exam:

ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY:
- Shoulder
- venous return
- warm up and cool down
- Newtons laws
- muscle fibres
- mechanics of breathing
Maybe altitude training or asthma

SKILL AQUISITION
- Schema - I definitely think that this will come up, probably to explain recall and recognition schema
- manipulating skill practice (whole, part etc)
- Motivational strategies
- Welford's model
- MSM model
- Operant conditioning including Thordikes laws

SOCIO-CULTURAL STUDIES
- Australia (likely to be the 10 marker)
- Funding
- Performance enhancing products/drugs
- Media
- Mass participation - opportunity, provision and esteem

As this is the last year of the course, OCR are likely to chose the topics that students haven't done well in previous years.
Hope this helps and goodluck!
Is the 10 marker most likely going to be on Australia?
