I didn't leave my equation of the tangent in the form ax + by + c = 0
I left it as y = (-3/5)x + 19


How many marks will i lose?


1 but no more than 2
For the logs question (first part) did you take log3 from both sides
I thought the paper was ok. Fine apart from the second part of the log and the binomial expansion. Harder then last years, but that's to be expected now

i got 5x-3y-11=0. i dont remember the question saying normal or perp i think it said tangent...

Was the remainder 5, or did you have to divide 5 by f(x) since it is a remainder?

3x-5y-95=0 I got this and i think it's correct, seen quite a few people post it
