@ihatehannah you need to fix 13c it's displace the colder liquid, not the colder air

Also 14 the data logger isn't more accurate, it's more precise. (goes to nearest 0.1c not 1c like the thermometer)

no conduction can occur as the particles in the glass vibrating transferring energy to neighbouring particles when they collide

I'd say it depends on if they're feeling generous. The thermometer isn't really less reliable than the data logger, it's just less precise in its measurements.

I added it to the 100 to get 122


same but could be wrong as water was not heated max 2 marks i think
can someone help me i put 4200 divided by 100 x 0.5 and i got 21 i then took 21 away from the initial temp of 100 but it got me 79 where did i go wrong
