Application to University Of Oxford for undergraduate course

Dear all,

I am an academically concerned student from India who just passed year 12th ISC with overall 90%. However, they are ineligible to apply to Oxford. But the University suggested to undertake further study in any other institution and apply.

Please tell if

1.My application will be considered as a retake
2.How to increase my chances of selection hence ?
