If you went to a private school like I did you'd realise that hardly any talk like Jacob Reese-Mogg or behave all high and mighty like the Royal Family (not that I have a problem with such people). And as for the whole "unable to socialise with common folk outside the posh bubble", that's nonsense. We hung around with lots of guys who were out of school and we had no problem with them nor did they with us. It appears the only people I do have problems conversing with are ones like you and the OP due to your ignorant and stereotypical attitudes.

Sure you may have friends from state school, but they're probably wealthy too, given the area you may live in. (I do doubt that anyone who can afford to spend unnecessary amounts on their child's education can't afford to live in a wealthy area). Note that I said 'posh' not 'private' bubble.

Statistically private school students are 600% more likely to get into Oxbridge than state students. If 7% of the population represent the private sector, it is therefore expected for there to be a proportionate reflection. However, the reality is that the Private: State ratio is more or less 50:50 at Oxbridge. This clearly defines how successful and prepared private schools students are, being provided a plethora of opportunities to develop their skills, broaden their talents and apply their knowledge on a national/more challenging level. Besides, we (private students) leave with influential connections, links and become part of an Old Boy network.
