GCSE maths A* Edexcel?

Should I bother revising functional graphs, polygons, hard quadratic expressions, hard indicies? I really want to scrape an A grade (I'm probably a low B grade student). If I miss out all questions on these topics, do you guys reckon it's still possible to get an A grade?

If you get EVERYTHING else right you should be fine. Functional graphs and quadratics only come up on the end of the paper- and remember you do not need to get full mark on these questions to get an A grade.Even attempting them could get you a few marks. But, I recommend revising indices as they come up every year.
Good Luck!

Take a look at this predicted paper (non calculator) - I have just done it and it is very useful!

Don't worry about getting full marks on the last questions fully, just focus on showing your working out and structuring it well so that the examiner can see what you've done and you get some marks at least.

Good point! Thank you! Lets hope it goes well!

I am soooo worried! My teacher says I can get an A* easily! I am just really stressed out! Gone through millions of past papers and got 90s but I am really worried about the actual thing, and how I may drop marks on the really hard questions. I FEEL like I will get put off due to this hard questions...

How hard is it to get an A* in gcse edexcel maths? I am also really scared that the paper is going to be ridiculously hard because of last year, so please post any predictions you may have.
Also any advice on how to revise smart for maths?

Well it depends on your weakness. Try and get 2-3 marks at least on the last few questions (the ones out of 4/5) and see if you can eliminate simple errors here and there
