Swedish police blame womens' “alcohol culture” and Western culture for sex attacks

Title should read: report blames Nordic alcohol culture, not Womens.

The police report, investigating why Sweden has the highest rates of physical and sexual violence against women in Europe, and states that the majority of attacks in public places are committed by migrants.

The report ‘The Current Situation of Sexual Molestation and Proposals for Action’ warns that girls in Sweden are called “whores” and abused for “their clothes” which leaves many too scared to walk the streets.

Migrants, it says, might not be able to “handle the alcohol,” simply feel “horny,” have “ignorance of the consequences for the girls,” “have misplaced feelings,” be “expressing anger in this way” or be acting due to “peer pressure,” and also blames "non-traditional gender roles".

The report opens by mentioning the mass “planned” sex attack by migrants on New Years’ Eve seen across Europe, and the gang molestations committed by Afghan migrants at teenage festivals in 2014 and 2015, and notes that “the majority of the victims [in these festivals] are girls who are younger than fifteen years old.”

Festival organisers had identified the sex mob phenomenon two years ago, but claimed it would have been “irresponsible” to have spoken out. The police refused to reveal that the perpetrators were all Afghan youths.
This morning it was reported by Fria Tider that Swedish police have begun to routinely patrol buses after reports of “Arab gangs” systematically harassing women in Holmsund. The Police have again refused to discuss the perpetrators’ backgrounds.

The country is expected to take as many as 190,000 refugees (two per cent of the population of 9 million) in 2016.

I thought Sweden was one of the best countries for gender equality.
