the question was 4.5 to nearest 0.5cm and 3mm to nearest mm.. did you have to find the upper bound of the volume of the cube i.e 125 cm3 and the lower bound the volume of the sphere,- converting mm to cm ?? then dividing them? I'm not sure thats what i did

Last question: range 185-188 acceptable
Probability: lots of people got different answers; I got 5/28
Angle ODC question: 63 degrees
Re-arranging question: t= 1+3m/m-1 (something like that)
Cubes question: 1439 cubes
Rupees question: 52%
Volume of vase (or whatever it was): 102.4cmcubed

Probability was 25/84 or 0.297 I'm 99% sure , it was 24 /504 for each of
3,2,1
And for
3,1,2
And for 2,1,3
And 2,3,1
And 1,2,3
And 1,3,2
Then 6/504 for 2,2,2
So 24 x6 = 144 + 6 = 150
150/504
= 25/84

For what the cube was 1630 app. and the probability was 0.298 or 25/84

guys i got 25/84 for the probability question because, it could be 1,2,3 which can have 6 different combinations, so the probability of 1,2 and 3 x6 and then i also did the probability of 2,2,2 which cant have any other combination and added them together?!! is this correct ??? and for the last question i got 188 is it right?!

Nope..dude the cleverest guy in my school who got 100% in every maths exam..no ****ing joke got 1439 as well, as well as a lot of my friends..

The question wanted the greatest number of cubes, right?
So that would be the largest/smallest....

So you find the upper bound of of the cubes length, so 4.55cm (convert to 45.5mm)
And the lower bound of the radius, so 2.5mm

Then you put them into the formulae and divide...

So 45.5 cubed/4/3 x pi x 2.5cubed = 1439.214.....
So 1439 whole cubes

i must have have got that wrong.. i did 125/(4/3pi0.25(cm)^3) which gave me 1909.8 so i made it 1909

Did anyone not finish the paper? as in run out of time? I've had this problem throughout my exams in all years, but did anyone have this problem today?? It's not that I was completely able to answer the last questions, literally just that once I got to them there was no time left.
