Can I use this pen in an exam??

Didn't know where to post.

Basically I hate regular Biro's - I have to press hard on the page to get them to do anything and it slows down my writing and gives me hand cramp.

I use pilot pens during class and revision. I don't think they're gel - just inky ink. Can we use these and similar ones?

It's just that the exam paper says "ball point only" and this a roller ball. I don't know what difference that means TBH.

As I say, I use fountain and nobody's ever pulled me up on it, it really doesn't matter...
