40-50 I'd say

Is this for both papers or just one
Question 9 was about T Envelopes with a formula for small (x) and large (y).

I think the answer was T = 5x + 20y however it may have needed to be in simplest form in which case it could have been T = 5(x+4y)
Estimated grade boundaries:
A* - 84
a - 73
b - 61
c - 48
d - 40
e - 32
u - >32

If students didnt do so well on this paper, will they lower the grade boundaries slightly? I don't even think I scraped a C :'(

im sorry to say they will probably be higher than average
but depends on paper2

For the first one
Is is it if for the second vectors question i factorised my answer? it was 3/4a-3/4b or something and i wrote 1/3(3a-3b)
Shucks. Many people put around 50ish apparently so there may be some leeway on that. I can only hope that there is :biggrin:

No, It didn't specify it had to be in it's simplest form, however would make sense that such a simple question is worth 3 marks if you had to do that.
For the circle and square question, I wrote

10 X 10 = 100CM"2
Area of circle = PIE R"2
and then did 100/25
How many marks do i get?

1 I'd say since you got the square correct, but didn't get the circle correct. it wasn't 25, it was 25pi

then 100-25pi == 4(25-pi)
Also, answer for 12 B. Was it a triangle constructed?

Probably just 1 for the 100cm"2

1/3(3a-3b) is just a-b.
Everything right but
X=-1.1 and 5.1
X=-1.7 and 4.7
Angle MST 69

100,25,4
Final questions is (3-root6)/12

How many marks dropped is that?

SO happyy!!

Probably just 1 for the 100cm"2

I wrote 100/25 Pie
Does that count for another mark?
what was the answer for the last question and the simultaneous graph questions, please.

I meant that I had 100/25 PIE
Does that count for another mark or no?
For the question on graphs, I put -1.2 and 5.2- will I still get the marks? Is there a range of answers for those?

If you had 100/25pi you MIGHT get an extra mark for the 25pi, idk though.
