I don't think it was Spearman's.

I'm almost positive that it was the T-Test as it was comparing two means.

If you write outside the lines but not outside the margin will it be marked??

I accidentally forgot to add an extra zero for my magnification! I only just realised that as soon as I closed my booklet! Rofl!

The calibration curve was a mess for me

Other than that it was all good I reckon. Seems like a pretty standard paper for me other than a couple of marks.

Do bacteria have rna? Think i messed up that first Q

The examiners will be able to tell that you wrote outside of the lines and will be able to flag it on their system for review. Don't worry about it.

I believe it does - I just realised I got that one wrong!

What was the question on cancer?

Something something HPV

How does a vaccine cause antibodies to be produced? 4 marks

Then there was the graph with antibody concentration against time with 2 and 3 shots of the vaccine. Which was better + why - 2 marks

T-Test is when you compare two means to see the difference between them.

I just put vaccine has dead pathogens-isolated antigens so stimulates t cells and b cells and b cells produce plasma cells which secrete antibodies
And i put 2
But not sure if any are right😂

It was differences between hiv and bacteria

I only ticked cell wall for the bacterium and for the hiv I ticked everything but cell wall

I don't remember the options at all! Sorry!

The only option I remember is the RNA which I didn't tick and I know that's wrong :frown:

How many marks is this?

As the cells grows more and more sucrose is hydrolysed to produce glucose and fructose for respiration to produce atp and energy for metabolic reactions.
