I thought the paper was alright, I made a lot of silly little mistakes. I think that i got 77-82 marks. How much would i need on paper two to get an A*

Also, i know that it's not possible to predict the grade boundaries until paper two (which i believe is going to be much more difficult) but how high or low do you think they will be.

Thank you and Good luck. x

Tbh I think you're on the track for a C with the marks you have now, getting at least 80 to 90 marks could give you 157 to 167 marks and that will definitely earn you either an A or A* if their boundaries has lower since last year.
what grade would 50-55 be?

They haven't. People have been taking (basically stealing) home the unused maths exam paper and working it out themselves (even the maths teachers are doing it) and posting it online.

I smashed that paper with 96 to 98 marks out of 100
That is above 95%
Any ideas for the calculator paper!

How many times a week do you buy chrisps?

(I wrote the numbers in word form)
[QUOTE="34908seikj;65220009"]I lot of geometry, I think the last few questions will be sine/cosine area of a segment type suff. Given how little geometry was actually in this paper (like 2 questions?)[/QUOTE

Oh yeah that's true.
I really hope it's not as hard as I found this one

Are you going to post the higher calculator paper

It haven't even been released by Edexcel yet so no.
All of the exam boards do not sent exam papers out a week before or even a day before. It's hand given to the teachers on the morning of the exam in a sealed envelope that is only opened when it is in the exam hall to prevent people from cheating.

What Grade is 94??

94, good job you have already got a B, you need 70 or more on paper to get an A*.
Good Luck, you were 4 marks off my score on the non calculator paper.
Cheers...

A student probably didn't turn up for the exam, so there was a spare exam. The teacher might have nicked it and photocopied it, i don't know.
