Is it possible to transfer Universities & change course if i've failed first year at a different institution?

You would normally go through ucas for 1st year entry, depends on the uni whether they would accept you or not
Phone the uni up you want to go to. explain the situation. Cite personal reasons as to why you failed and they'll tell you from there.
