PG loan, moving to England after the course start date
I am an EU student living outside of the UK. I will be studying a Masters programme at an English university via distance learning. The programme starts at the end of September.
If I move to England in, say, January, will I then be able to apply for the loan or would I have to be living in England before the course start date?

Funding/eligibility is based on residency at the start of the course.
