How exactly does it create criminals?

Capitalism is like an exam. In any exam there are bound to be some that fail. We don't scrap the exam, we tell people to study or shut up.

How do you think that will work out in a globalised economy? All the capable people emigrate to countries willing to reward them for their efforts, all the incapable people stay.
