Rome is dead, Catholicism is dead, the only Christians capable would be the Eastern Orthodox Church (includes Greece) with Moscow as its new centre.

As in the roman empire, which was Chalcedonian until the great schism in the 11th century, which is where the catholic and orthodox distinction came about, even if Chalcedonian was both catholic and orthodox by virtue of the decision of the byzantine emperor and ecclesiastical councils.

Not really. I am not sure how you can make such an assertion. Catholicism is massive, rome is incredibly strong.

Its numbers are large but the Atheist movement is eating away at its heart everyday. Seeing how once 'Catholic' nations are breaking into a more 'modern progressive' states with little resistance from the Catholic church shows this. Rome is dead. The only christian movement worth taking seriously is the Eastern Orthodox Church.

You seem to forget that states don't make a religion powerful, people do. There are still a ton of devout catholics.

EU is a joke, should never have existed in the first place.
I truly believe its a result of the ghosts of WW1 &2 haunting over Europe and these nations trying hard to be as benevolent as possible but i can see them rearing their ugly heads soon.

Not really, the catholic church is the most powerful religion on earth, it isn't fragmented like islam or protestantism.
