So I'm a girl right and I think I'm bi and I think I fancy my best friend. She's bi too but idk if she likes me the same way. Also we're going to different schools next year for sixth form. I don't know what to do though because I really really like her and ive never been in this situation before so can someone please help me?

Ask her out and see what happens.
I agree with @SeanFM you won't know what may happen unless you talk to her about it. I would casually ask on her opinion on dating a friend and see what she says.
