To help either those ex paedos or paedos that are on the fence/swing both ways?

No. A pedophile will be still be a pedophile and have sexual urges whether he is in a relationship with a grown woman.
No. There is no obligation on women at all and I hope you are trolling because I think you would have to have a bizarre handmaiden view of women to think so.

Sick twisted men, with this perversion have the responsibility to acknowledge the danger that that they pose and get drugs that take away their sex drive.
It is the paedophiles problem and not women in general.
