Uni help needed

I think I will achieve 3 A's and 1 B at AS - the B has nothing to do with the course I want to study- I'm not sure if it could be more different - but would this affect getting into Russell group unis

Ie would it be less likely for me to get an offer
Not at all. It depends on what the university requires and on you grades and personal statement. If you need all A's for next year, don't worry - unless you're aiming for Oxbridge you'll be fine.

Unlikely. Though non-Russell Group unis such as Bath, Lancaster or St Andrews might reject you immediately because of their higher standards...
