How do you come to such a conclusion? Sports excite people and are known to increase sex drive (as they increase tonus and awareness). If someone doesn't have a significant other to engage in sexual activity with they might opt for masturbation. Of course sports help one to focus less on sexual desires but so does studying and education (but this is less used by people as forcing oneself to do a sport is generally much easier than forcing oneself to actually study). I am by I means trying to say it's necessary but if you feel like it and don't let it get to your head (thinking whether you should or shouldn't do it or bashing yourself for considering it for example) then it seems quite alright to me.

That is why footballers retire when they are 35. They are all w...ers.
Masturbation is just a way we can relieve ourselves.. Even if we're 50, have a career and family, nothing is really stopping us from masturbating.

It's like saying sex is a dirty habit, when do we stop that? - The answer should be, we don't stop at an age. We just usually have it less when older - and when it's consensual :colondollar:
When it becomes dangerous for your sperm count and prostate. Otherwise it's fine, you don't need to stop (unless it's dangerous for you).
