AQA Battleships amendments

I'm doing the exam in python but am struggling to find a solution to make the program not crash when invalid coordinates are entered. If anyone can show me it would be greatly appreciated!

Also, what other amendments are very likely to come up?

This is what I did

post a pic of your code and make sure the indentations are correct
