Saudi man executed for 'witchcraft' and 'sorcery'

This is the "modern, smart" country about which the OP brags. Hilarious. They're so backward and superstitious it would be funny if millions of people weren't being hurt by it.

@QE2 @Plantagenet Crown

Saudi Arabia is just a legitimised Islamic state.

The irony of dropping bombs on Isis and jumping into bed with the Saudis at the same time.

Pakistan created the taliban how exactly?
“So we then left Pakistan We said okay fine you deal with the Stingers that we left all over your country… you deal with the mines that are along the border and… by the way we don’t want to have anything to do with you… in fact we’re sanctioning you… So we stopped dealing with the Pakistani military and with ISI and we now are making up for a lot of lost time.” (HILLARY CLINTON)
Because Pakistan, left to its own devices, gave support and intelligence to al Qaeda and the US, having no influence withing the ISI, could do nothing to stop its growth. The US is now having to "make up the lost time" of the years in which Pakistani military Intelligence was a law unto itself and enabled the growth of Islamis organisations.

It's not really that difficult an issue to understand.

Fourth, this has nothing to do with your lunatic claims that the US was somehow involved in creating ISIS. Where is your evidence for that paranoid claim?
Perhaps they think the "ISI" referred to by Clinton, is ISIS. :dontknow:

Yes, for the extremely wealthy and elite. As does prostitution, gambling and alcohol. For the common folk though, they have to follow ultraconservative rules. Seems like being wealthy exempts one from following the laws of the country, laws that they have decided themselves.
How do you feel about the treatment of migrant workers particularly the ones from Pakistan and Bangladesh in Saudi Arabia?

Eh, it feels okay I guess. But we have one big problem. Porn is blocked here. I personally am not a fan of it but most of my friends have to use VPN and other type of pathways to get access. Food? You will never feel a lack of food here. I'm serious, you stay here for a several months.....and you WILL become fat. My favorite restaurants here is Jhonny Rockets and Steakhouse. Free Speech? Just don't say anything bad about the king. The king is a good guy for the citizens so there's not too much problem with that. I regularly travel around the world and have visited places like India, US, UK, Belgium, China ,Egypt, Morocco, Maldives, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait etc....... I've gotten a lot of exposure to almost every culture on earth.

No, but you can create one in your house and invite people over.

Lol, I have none. However, my ship of the desert is the Toyota Land Cruiser V8(I think it's been discontinued in the UK. It's about $90,000). It's faster and more powerful than any camel you can get. While I know people that own camels.....I love it's meat. It's got a very nice texture and tastes pretty unique when compared to beef

Horrible. This is a bigger problem in Saudi than woman rights. Atleast women can wear whatever want(underneath) and have access to the latest gadgets, eat the fanciest foods and travel spend holidays in the UK/US. These migrant workers work hard to make a living but no-one gives a **** about them. Even the west tends to negate them as they are 'lower level' human life forms. The conditions are improving and I hope to see equality within the next decade.
How rampant is homosexuality in Saudi Arabia?
Come on, we know it is...

I completely agree. They are treated awfully.

To think Saudi Arabia is on the UN human rights panel when they oppress women, enslave migrant workers and flog journalists is mind blowing.

I'm pretty sure that in every other arab country you can walk alone as a female but in saudi Arabia you can't :s-smilie:
About 50 degrees celcius. No one really stays outside during that time. You could seriously get a stroke or something within 10 minutes of exposure to the sun

What are the religious police like?

Do you feel wary of what you are saying or doing?

Ever seen someone publically punished?

Best thing about living in Saudi Arabia in your opinion?

In a country of 30million people....there are only 3000 religious police. That's legit like less than the amount or ******'s here. In your day to day life, you don't often see them. Personally, I see one of them once every couple months or so. No one really likes the religious police here. I've seen videos of where civilians are shooing off the religious police. They're just so diluted that they barely present any trouble.

Never, I say whatever I want. Just don't denounce Islam or the King(which i will never do anyway).

I so far have never seen anyone publicly punished. People often have the misconception that you get execution for any crime. You don't, even if you committed murder or something. Every case passes through the supreme court and the judges decide based on previous crimes and history and level of crime. The system is similar to the US. Saudi has like 20-40 executions in a year. It shows that only a VERY small proportion of
perpetrators get the death penalty. Compare that to ~100 executions in the US. Just follow the rules, and you'll be fine. No need to be the cool boy.

The best thing is food, cars, fashion, money. I've got all my homies too so no worries here whatsoever

Of course you can . Where did you hear that from?
I usually travel to another country. Otherwise I stay inside my house. It usually cools down to about 40 at night so most activities happen at night.
