sony xperia Z! problem!

phone did have charge in it, randomly turned off and wont turn back on

•

i tried charging it and the light changed from red to orange and back again

•

it still didnt work on charge so i left it a while and still didnt work after

•

tried it with the pc/differnet wires and still wont work

•

tried the sony pc companion on the pc and it wont detect my phone

•

tried the power button and the up button together and still wont work

nothing works!

any ideas anyone?!

Connect it to the tv with a usb to hdi cable. Turn to a low channel like channel one or two, and let it sit for like 30 minutes and then disconnect. If it gets hot then just pull the plug straight away because that means the battery is being messed up. Hope this helps!

Do you have a backup? If nothing else works could try a hard reset

no to both of these!
i dont/cant loose all my data and stuff as its irreplaceable to il just have to wait and see what happens

Subspace

Seems like a broken battery.

Don't charge the phone. Turn it on then let it completely discharge and turn itself off. Then charge the phone and leave it charging for 2-3 hours. Remove the charger then try to turn it on.
