I mean it's hard to tell. I completely get the girl's point though, if I were her it's not like I would just say yes to someone I didn't know. Just see how it goes when you see her and if you're still confused, just talk to her about it and see what she feels.

There's nothing cryptic about what she's said, if you've only met like 5 times in six months and she says she doesn't know you well enough to go out with you? It means she doesn't know you well enough. She wants the guy she dates to be her best friend, so go out there and get to know her better, she's giving you the opportunity.

She might be or she might not be. What she's saying is that she needs to get to know you better before she can decide whether she wants a relationship with you. I suggest that you try to get to know her better, which will allow her to do the same with you.
