You can't simplify further if u expand like that but you could of expanded like this

3-x/(3-x)(-3x-4) giving the same value on the bottom and then simplify by cancellation

In the ratio question I clearly worked out it was 4:3 and but because it said "in its simplest form" I put 1:0.75. Is that still right and if not anyone know how many marks I'll get for the workings?


Don't think you can have decimals in ratios so i would say wrong, sorry:frown:

(at least i think so, i got 80.4)


I used 1/2 a b Sin C, then i used the cosine rule then the sine rule. I got the same answer though.
